Ahok added, this meeting was held to strengthen the coordination between the central government with surrounding mayors and regents around the capital. Moreover, floods disaster that hit Jakarta should be solved from the area around the capital.

As planned before, the fund assistance will be disbursed next year as much as Rp 100 billion. "We also prepare Rp 1.5 trillion as the flyover Transjakarta lane project. It is because mostly the bus passengers came from Tangerang and Bekasi," Ahok continued.
National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Head, Syamsul Maarif said, the governor also emphasized the accountability of the disaster budget management in each region.
"That was advice from the governor to strengthen the SOP flooding especially in budget accountability to the BPK, BPKP, and Attorney. We will strengthen it, although there is regulations of BNPB Head No. 6A to be more transparent and accountable," said Syamsul Maarif.
